The "Change Your Life" Cake
“Change Your Life” is a mantra created by Anthony B., a Youth Leader with Friends of Island Academy. FOIA is a non-profit in New York City dedicated to bringing a sense of belonging to at-risk adolescents who come in contact with the justice system. The CYL cake is another way that Bake Me A Wish is giving back to the community by donating 5% of the proceeds to this vibrant organization.
The cake is a celebration of chocolate and peanut butter belonging together!! Chocolate cake is heaped with peanut butter mousse swirled with delicious brownie and milk chocolate chunks, then topped with a jumble of milk and dark chocolate chunks and crunchy peanuts, covered with a luscious dark chocolate glaze, drizzled with more milk chocolate and garnished with a border of creamy fudge.
