I sent it to a friend for their 60th birthday who lives in Ardmore, PA. They had been craving a lemon meringue pie for at least a week. They loved it! It was packaged beautifully and they said it was absolutely delicious. They even sent me pictures. It was beautiful and they said the meringue was still nice and springy after it thawed out. Nice!
